- Waist: around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the belly button.
- Hips: around the fullest part of your hips and seat, with your feet together.
- Foot length: stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall, mark the tip of your longest toe and measure from the wall to the mark.
